The Challenge: No Front-Lift Truck? No Problem.
The client needed a mix of hook-lift and front-lift bins to manage the mine’s solid waste. However, there was a hitch, they didn’t have a front-lift truck. We engineered a clever fix: a modified 3m front-lift bin that merged skip and front-lift features, custom-built to work with the equipment available.

- Fifteen 15m³ hook-lift bins
- Custom-designed 3m hybrid front-lift bins
These bins were designed from the ground up to withstand the heavy-duty wear typical of a mining environment.
Built for the Tough Stuff
Mining environments are rough on gear, so we made sure these bins could handle it. We even reprogrammed our robotic welding system to ensure the new bin design met the site’s structural and operational requirements.
The end result? Strong, reliable bins that worked from the moment they hit the ground.

From the first conversation to full delivery on-site, the project was wrapped up in just 6–7 weeks. We used our own trucks and brought in extra transport to speed up the delivery schedule. Despite the remote location and strict mine access regulations, our team delivered on time, hassle-free.
